In the case of a private, 4,000+-square-foot home in Scottsdale, a family’s primary residence was mid-build when the Bella Legacy team brought in APBS to help elevate the home design and provide custom windows and doors for the property. 

“We started the project with unique architectural elements in mind, but weren’t seeing our initial vision come to life by way of windows and doors,” said Sean Bonini, President, Bella Legacy Custom Homes, indicating when his team tapped APBS for help. 

The client’s design goals included maximizing indoor/outdoor living while capturing views of the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape. “They were particular about the design and specific about wanting high quality windows and doors that met a certain aesthetic. One show stopping feature in this build was a beautiful, 90-degree corner pocketing door that opened two entire walls of the home, allowing occupants to walk out from the living area directly to the pool deck, creating a luxurious living and entertainment space for this one-of-a-kind home.
